• 1/2 cup vermicelli
• 1/4 cup boiled moong sprouts
• 1/4 cup all colors cubed bell peppers
• 1 tbsp boiled green peas
• 1 tbsp boiled and cubed carrots
• 1 tsp oil /ghee
• 1/2 tsp red chili powder
• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp freshly grated coconut for garnishing
• pinch of turmeric powder
• salt to taste


1. Boil 2 cups of water in a vessel, add vermicelli and boil till it’s done. Drain the water using a sieve and run it through cold water to prevent the vermicelli from sticking together.

2. Add ghee/oil and add bell peppers, sauté for a few seconds then add carrots, sprouts, green peas,salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala.Mix well.

3. Add boiled vermicelli and lemon juice.

Mix well

Garnish it with grated coconut and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
