• 1/4 cup bajri flour
• 1/4 cup jowar flour
• 1/4 cup ragi flour
• 1/4 cup wheat flour
• 1/4 cup urad dal
• 1 tsp methi seeds
• 1 tsp oil
• 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
• 2 tsp green chili paste

1) Combine urad dal and methi seeds and then soak them for 2 hrs in enough water. Drain the water and then grind the mixture using little water.

2) Combine this mixture with all the flours, salt, and water. Mix well using a whisk. Cover it and let it ferment overnight

3) Add coriander, and green chili paste and mix well again. Make the dosa on a non-stick tava .

Serve hot with green chutney.
