• 1 cup crispy roasted makhana
• 1 tbsp mix boiled sprouts
• 1 tbsp boiled corn
• 2 tsp roasted peanuts
• 2-3 halved cherry tomatoes
• 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil leaves
• 1 tbsp red and yellow chopped bell peppers
• 1 tbsp pomegranate
• dried mixed herbs and salt to taste
• 1/4 tbsp chili flakes


1. Dry roast makhana in minimal oil and add in some sa and pepper powder.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and adjust the seasonings as per taste.
