INGREDIENTS
• 2 brown bread slices
• 1 tbsp hummus
• 1/3 cup 3 color bell peppers
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
• 1 tbsp boiled and finely chopped carrots
• Salt and pepper powder to taste
• chili flakes to taste (optional)
Method:
1. Mix together hummus, bell peppers , onions , carrots , salt and pepper powder.
2. Toast the bread in a toaster.
3. Spread the mixture on each slice evenly
4. Cut into wedges and serve with ketchup.
