Ingredients
- Zuchini (medium) – 1
- Olive oil – 1/2 tsp
- Onion (medium)- ½
- Tomato pulp – 1k
- Garlic
- Chilli powder
- Oregano
- Salt
- Corn flour – 1 tsp
- Water – 1 tbsp
- Milk – 2 tsp
- Mix vegetables (3 color bell pepper, baby-corn, cabbage, French beans) – 1.5 cup
- Basil leaves to garnish
Method
- Make Zoodles using the spiralizer (follow the spiralizer directions)
- Saute your zoodles in a sauce pan using little olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook for 4-6 mins.
- Keep aside.
For Sauce:
- Heat olive oil; add garlic & onion & sauté for 2mins.
- Add tomato pulp, chili powder, salt & cook for 3mins.
- Add corn flour, water, milk.
- Cook for 1min.
- Keep it aside.
- Sauté veg with oregano & chili flakes.
- Add Zoodles, tomato pulp & salt. Mix well.
- Cook for 2 mins.
- Garnish with finely chopped basil.
