Wholesome Barley & Chickpea Salad Bowl 

Cooked Barley (1/2 cup)
Boiled Chickpea (1/2 cup)
Cucumber Chopped (1/2 cup)
Tomatoes Chopped (1/2 cup)
Onions Chopped (1/2 cup)
Bell Peppers (1/2 cup)
Olive Oil (2 tsp)
Cumin Seeds Powder (1-2 tsp)
Paprika Powder (1 tsp)
Salt (as per taste)
Lemon Juice (2 tsp)
Garlic Minced (1 tsp)
Coriander Leaves or Spring Onion (For Garnishing)

1. Combine oil cumin seeds powder, paparika powder & salt.
2. Mix it well & keep it aside.
3. Add barley in a bowl, add chickpea, add cucumber, add tomatoes, add onions, add bell peppers, add garlic.
4. Put the prepared seasoning dressing over the salad.
5. Toss well
6. Garnish with fresh coriander or spring onion.
