Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Mixed berries (Strawberry, Blueberry) – 6 to 8 nos.
  • Yogurt- 1 k
  • Roasted rolled oats – 1 tbsp
  • Chilled Water ¼ k
  • Soaked chia Seeds 1 tsp

Method

  1. Blend everything together until you reach a smoothie consistency.
  2. Step 2 Serve.
