Veggie Submarines

Ingredients

  • Hot dog roll – 1
  • Hot and sour sauce or tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Boiled mix vegetables (capsicum, french-beans, baby corn, cabbage, tomato, broccoli) – ¾ cup
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper  as per taste

Method

  1. Slit roll horizontally, scoop the bread from inside & toast slightly.
  2. Heat little oil in pan add chili flakes boiled vegetables, salt, pepper & mix well.
  3. Add tomato ketchup or hot and sour sauce.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the flame. Stuff roll with mixture.
  6. Grill in preheated oven at 200 degree for 2 minutes.
