Ingredients
- 1 K – Mixed Vegetables (Cauliflower, Carrot, French-beans, Capsicum- green-red-yellow, yellow-green zucchini)
- Spinach leaves 2 tbsp
- Onion -1/3 k
- Vegetable stock – 1 K
- Cloves 2-3
- Black peppercorns -2-3
- Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp (semi crush and form a muslin potli)
- Garlic cloves 2 Black peppercorns freshly crushed a pinch
- Whole wheat flour (atta) 1 tsp
- Buttermilk 2 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil ½ tsp
Method
- In a wok add oil lightly saute the vegetables (except spinach)
- Add chopped onion, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper and vegetable stock, add the muslin potli.
- Cover and let the veggies cook.
- Mix wheat flour and some water into a smooth paste, add to the wok.
- Once the veggies are totally cooked remove the spice potli and add the buttermilk and torn spinach
- Mix well and serve hot in the serving bowl.
