Vegetable Mung Dal Chilla

Ingredients

  • Green mung dal – ¼  cup
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Grated dudhi
  • Cabbage
  • Capsicum – ¾ cup
  • Little pudina
  • Coriander  –  for garnishing
  • Turmeric  –  Pinch
  • Salt  –  to taste
  • Other masalas you could add as per your requirement

Method

  1. Soak green mung dal for 3-4 hours & then make a paste of it.
  2. Grate the vegetables finely & mix them in the batter.
  3. Then make thin chillas.
