Ingredients
- Green mung dal – ¼ cup
- Green chilli – 1
- Grated dudhi
- Cabbage
- Capsicum – ¾ cup
- Little pudina
- Coriander – for garnishing
- Turmeric – Pinch
- Salt – to taste
- Other masalas you could add as per your requirement
Method
- Soak green mung dal for 3-4 hours & then make a paste of it.
- Grate the vegetables finely & mix them in the batter.
- Then make thin chillas.
