Ingredients
- Wheat pasta (raw) – 1 fist
- Baby corn (cut into slice) – 2
- Cauliflower or broccoli
- Capsicum all three colors (chopped in square shape) – 1 cup
- French beans – ¼ cup
Green paste
- Onion (finely, chopped)- ½ finely, chopped
- Milk – 3/4L
- Garlic paste – ½ tsp
- Spinach (chopped) – 1 cup
- Wheat flour – 1 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano – to taste
Method
- Boil veggies and pasta separately with little salt in it.
- For sauce put 1/4 tsp butter, garlic and onion in a pan on a low flame.
- Sauté for 1 min and add spinach, saute for 5 mins, add salt, pepper and oregano and milk 1/2 cup.
- Cool and blend to a puree, then add 1 tsp wheat flour and boil, so that it thickens little.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add 1/4 tsp butter, saute capsicum for 1-2 mins till crisp and tender.
- Then add all the boiled veggies and pasta.
- Mix the green sauce with above ingredients and bake everything at 180 degree for 20 mins.
