Veges and Pasta Baked in Green Sauce

Ingredients

  • Wheat pasta (raw) – 1 fist
  • Baby corn (cut into slice) – 2
  • Cauliflower or broccoli
  • Capsicum all three colors (chopped in square shape) – 1 cup
  • French beans –  ¼ cup

Green paste

  • Onion (finely, chopped)- ½ finely, chopped
  • Milk – 3/4L
  • Garlic paste –  ½ tsp
  • Spinach (chopped) – 1 cup
  • Wheat flour – 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano – to taste

Method

  1.  Boil veggies and pasta separately with little salt in it.
  2. For sauce put 1/4 tsp butter, garlic and onion in a pan on a low flame.
  3. Sauté for 1 min and add spinach, saute for 5 mins, add salt, pepper and oregano and milk 1/2 cup.
  4. Cool and blend to a puree, then add 1 tsp wheat flour and boil, so that it thickens little.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan and add 1/4 tsp butter, saute capsicum for 1-2 mins till crisp and tender.
  6. Then add all the boiled veggies and pasta.
  7. Mix the green sauce with above ingredients and bake everything at 180 degree for 20 mins.
