Ingredients
- Mason jar – 1
- Banana – ½
- Mango – ½
- Rolled oats – 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk – ½ k
- Chia seeds – 1 tbsp (soaked)
Method
- Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a mason jar.
- Serve chilled.
