Vegan Fruit Smoothie Jar

Ingredients

  • Mason jar – 1
  • Banana – ½
  • Mango – ½
  • Rolled oats – 1 tbsp
  • Coconut milk – ½ k
  • Chia seeds – 1 tbsp (soaked)

Method

  1. Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a mason jar.
  3. Serve chilled.
