Ingredients
- Baby corn (sliced) – 4
- Carrot – ½
- Cauliflower or broccoli – 1/2 cup
- Capsicum (all three colors) – 1 cup
- French beans – ¼ cup
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Spinach (chopped)- 1 ½ cup
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Pepper
- Oregano
White sauce:
- Wheat flour – 1 tbsp
- Milk – 1 cup
Method
- Boil the veges, till slightly soft.
- For sauce put 2 tbsp milk and wheat flour and mix properly to avoid lumps. Heat the batter on slow flame to become thick liquid.
- Garlic & onion in a pan on a low flame. Sauté for 1 min, add salt, pepper & oregano.
- Cool and blend to a puree with little water.
- Add spinach puree. Cook for 2 mins.
- Remove from fire, add milk & wheat flour, stirring continuously, return to fire, cook till it make slightly thick add veges.
- Ketchup, oregano + pepper, chilly flakes can be added.
