Ingredients
- Buckwheat – 2 tbsp
- Sanwa millet (sama) – 2 tsp
- Low fat curds (dahi) – 2 tbsp
- Ginger – green chilli paste – 1/4th tsp
- Doodhi grated – ½ k
- Carrot grated – ¼ k
- Chopped coriander (dhania) – 1/4th tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking – 1 tsp
Method
- Combine the buckwheat, curds, sama millet with ½ cup of water and mix well.
- Allow it to soak for 2 hours. Liquidize this mixture in a blender till it is a smooth purée.
- Pour it into a bowl and add the ginger – green chilli paste, carrot, coriander and salt and mix well.
- Cook the chilla on both sides using a little oil, till both sides are golden brown.
- Repeat to make more chillas.
