Ingredients
- Steamed Methi Muthias 4-5 pc
For Masala:
- Coriander leaves 1k
- Coconut 1/3k
- Methi leaves 1/3k
- Lemon
- Garam masala
- Ginger garlic paste
- Green chilli
- Garlic leaves
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Salt
Other Ingredients:
- Papdi 1k
- Fresh lentils(tur dana) ¼ k
- Cluster beans 1/2 k (chawli)
- Tindly 1/2 k green peas 1/2 k
- Brinjal 2 small
- Methi and coriander leaves 1k
- Fresh garlic
- Ginger garlic paste
- Ajwain
- Hing as per taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon4-5 drops
Method
- Add oil in pressure cooker, add ajwain and hing.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for min.
- Add all green fresh veges and sauté.
- Add garam masala, haldi, chilli paste.
- Add brinjal and yam and fresh garlic leaves and sauté.
- Add prepared masala and sauté for a while.
- Then add steamed muthiya.
- Mix and Pressure cook.
- Serve hot.
