Ingredients

  • Steamed Methi Muthias 4-5 pc

For Masala:

  • Coriander leaves 1k
  • Coconut 1/3k
  • Methi leaves 1/3k
  • Lemon
  • Garam masala
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chilli
  • Garlic leaves
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Salt

Other Ingredients:

  • Papdi 1k
  • Fresh lentils(tur dana) ¼ k
  • Cluster beans 1/2 k (chawli)
  • Tindly 1/2 k  green peas 1/2 k
  • Brinjal 2 small
  • Methi and coriander leaves 1k
  • Fresh garlic
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Ajwain
  • Hing as per taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon4-5 drops

Method

  1. Add oil in pressure cooker, add ajwain and hing.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for min.
  3. Add all green fresh veges and sauté.
  4. Add garam masala, haldi, chilli paste.
  5. Add brinjal and yam and fresh garlic leaves and sauté.
  6. Add prepared masala and sauté for a while.
  7. Then add steamed muthiya.
  8. Mix and Pressure cook.
  9. Serve hot.
