Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk or nut milk-1k(200ml)
  • Frozen pineapple or mango chunks-1/2k
  • Small banana – 1
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Ginger powder ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Basil seeds/chia seeds 1 tsp

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in blender except the chia seeds, blend until smooth.
  2. Pour it in a glass.
  3. Garnish it with chia seeds.
  4. And your turmeric smoothie is ready to serve.
