Ingredients
- Coconut milk or nut milk-1k(200ml)
- Frozen pineapple or mango chunks-1/2k
- Small banana – 1
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Ginger powder ¼ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
- Basil seeds/chia seeds 1 tsp
Method
- Blend all the ingredients together in blender except the chia seeds, blend until smooth.
- Pour it in a glass.
- Garnish it with chia seeds.
- And your turmeric smoothie is ready to serve.
