Ingredients
- Papaya chunks – 4-5 pcs
- Curd- ½ k
- Coconut water/plain water – ½ glass
- Grounded flaxseed – 1 tsp
- Soaked chia seeds – 1tsp
- Crushed ice ½kg (optional)
Method
- In a blender, add papaya, curd, coconut water, flaxseed, chia seed, and ice.
- Blend all together until it becomes smooth and frothy.
- Pour in a glass and serve chill.
