Tomato Garlic Chutney


  • Tomatoes-2 nos
  • Red chillies 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic clove-1
  • Flaxseed powder-1/4 tsp
  • Sesame oil-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water


  1. Grind the tomato, chopped garlic cloves, flaxseed powder, red chillies, adding salt with very little water.
  2. Temper sesame oil, add the ground paste mix well and cook till color of chutney will change and it will thicken slightly.
  3. Serve with roti, stuffed paratha or idli, dosa as per your choice.
