Ingredients
- Tomatoes-2 nos
- Red chillies 1/2 tsp
- Garlic clove-1
- Flaxseed powder-1/4 tsp
- Sesame oil-1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water
Method
- Grind the tomato, chopped garlic cloves, flaxseed powder, red chillies, adding salt with very little water.
- Temper sesame oil, add the ground paste mix well and cook till color of chutney will change and it will thicken slightly.
- Serve with roti, stuffed paratha or idli, dosa as per your choice.
