Ingredients
- Apple gourds / tinda (peeled and chopped) – ½ k
- Dudhi (peeled and chopped)- ½
- Beaten curd – 1/3 k
- Mustard seed – 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves – 5
- Green chilli chopped – 1 pc
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Hing a pinch
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Water – as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil, add hing, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let the seeds splutter.
- Add curry leaves, chilli, gourds, turmeric powder, salt & mix well.
- Add ¼ K water, Cover and cook till its done.
- Stir in curd and simmer for a minute, garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Serve hot.
