Ingredients
- Thalipith atta – ¼ k,
- ginger pd – ¼ tsp,
- grated dudhi – ½ k,
- grated tomato 1 tbsp,
- coriander – 1 tsp,
- til- ½ tsp,
- chili paste,
- salt to taste,
- warm water for making dough
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Add water only if needed.
- Knead soft dough & make 2 thalipiths (has to be made by patting on hand or like jowar roti).
