Ingredients
- Green peas- 1/2 K
- Mushrooms- 1/2 k (Optional)
- Cabbage & capsicum (chopped)- 1K
- Lemon grass (sliced) – 1 tbsp
- Kaffir lime leaves – 1 tsp
- Fresh red chillies (sliced) – 1
- Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Red curry paste – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil – 1/2 tsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan; Add peas, straw mushrooms, lemon grass and saute for 1 minute.
- Add Kaffir lime leaves, red curry paste and stir well.
- Add four cups of water and mix again for 1-2 minutes.
- Once the water starts boiling add cabbage, red chilies and salt.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
- Pour it in a bowl, garnish with coriander and serve hot.
