Ingredients
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Boiled noodles – 1/3cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Thai green curry paste – 1 tsp
- Mix chopped veges (broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers) – 1 cup
- Lime juice and salt – as per taste
- Chopped basil leaves – 2 to 3
Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add ginger garlic paste sauté for a min.
- Then add bell peppers and zucchini.
- Sauté till tender then add Thai green curry paste and sauté for a min.
- Add boiled broccoli & 1 cup water, basil leaves & boiled noodles.
- Boil for a min.
- Stir in lime juice & salt as per taste.
- Serve hot.
