Ingredients
- 1 k 3 coloured capsicum (to be cut into square big pieces)
- 1k broccoli (big florttes)
- ½ k baby corn cut into slice
- Zuccini ½ k
- Mushroom 2-3 pcs (optional)
For marinating:
- ½ k Curd (hung)
- 1 tbsp besan
- 1 tsp red chilli pd
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp dhana jeera pdr
- ¼ tsp tandoori masala
- Pepper & Salt to taste
Method
- Wash and cut all the vegetables as suggested.
- In deep bowl take hung curd, add gram flour and all masalas, Mix well.
- Put all vegetables and mix well & Marinate for 2 hrs in refrigerator.
- Ready the barbeque sticks with vegetables.
- Grill or cook on tava till crispy and serve hot.
