Ingredients
- 3 Coloured capsicum (to be cut into big square pieces) – 1 k
- Broccoli (big florets) – 1k
- Baby corn (cut into slice) – 1/2 k
- Zuccini – ½ k
- Mushroom – 2 to 3 pcs (optional)
For marinating:
- Curd (hung) – 1/2 k
- Besan – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Dhania jeera powder – 1 tsp
- Tandoori masala – ¼ tsp
- Pepper & Salt to taste
Method
- Wash and cut all the vegetables as suggested.
- In deep bowl take hung curd, add gram flour and all masalas, Mix well.
- Put all vegetables and mix well & Marinate for 2 hrs in refrigerator.
- Ready the barbeque sticks with vegetables.
- Grill or cook on tava till crispy and serve hot.
