Tandoori Barbeque Veggies

Ingredients

  • 3 Coloured capsicum (to be cut into big square pieces) – 1 k
  • Broccoli (big florets) – 1k
  • Baby corn (cut into slice) – 1/2 k
  • Zuccini  – ½ k
  • Mushroom –  2 to 3 pcs (optional)

For marinating:

  • Curd (hung) – 1/2 k
  • Besan – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Dhania jeera powder – 1 tsp
  • Tandoori masala – ¼ tsp
  • Pepper & Salt to taste

Method

  1. Wash and cut all the vegetables as suggested.
  2. In deep bowl take hung curd, add gram flour and all masalas, Mix well.
  3. Put all vegetables and mix well & Marinate for 2 hrs in refrigerator.
  4. Ready the barbeque sticks with vegetables.
  5. Grill or cook on tava till crispy  and serve hot.
