Ingredients
- Whole Tomatoes – 2 (make puree in mixer)
- Onions Chopped – ½
- Cabbage grated – ½ kg
- Green Pepper – 1
- Celery stocks – 2
- Salt-Pepper as per taste
- Water – 2L
- Oil ½ tsp
- Herbs and flavoring as desired [lime, basil, pepper]
Method
- In a pan add Oil & cook the tomato puree, sauté on high heat.
- Add water and boil for ½ hour.
- Add mix veges & salt-pepper, cook for 5 Min.
- Add herbs or flavoring as per your choice.
