Sprouts Tomato Omlette

Ingredients

  • Besan – ¼ k
  • Ajwain – pinch
  • Pinch of red chili powder
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bean sprouts boiled – 1 tbsp
  • Red capsicum
  • Yellow capsicum
  • Green capsicum – ½ k (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – grated half cup
  • Grated Cabbage – 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies – 1 no.
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – ¼  tsp

Method

  1. Take a bowl and mix gram flour, salt, ajwain, cumin seed and red chilli powder and make it into thick batter.
  2. Then add red, yellow and green capsicums, green chili, corriander.
  3. Add bean sprouts (half crushed), salt and vegetables and mix well.
  4. Heat a dosa pan and put a little oil on it.
  5. Pour a little batter and spread into a round pancake.
  6. Cook till the underside is lightly browned.
