Ingredients
- Moong (raw) ¼ cup
- Carrot ½ tbsp
- Capsicum ¼ cup
- Cabbage ¼ tbsp
- Onions ½ small onion
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Chilies 1 in no
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt To taste
Method
- Soak moong in water for 4-5 hours tie in a muslin cloth and allow it to sprout for a day.
- Chop onions, cabbage and carrots finely.
- Make a fine paste of ginger, garlic and chillies.
- Grind sprouted moong in a fine paste by adding 50 ml of water.
- Add the paste of ginger, garlic and chilies to moong batter and salt to taste.
- Heat a non stick pan smear little oil, pour a spoonful of batter and spread like uttapa.
- Sprinkle finely chopped cabbage, capsicum carrots and onion on top and turn it once.
- Remove when brown spots appear on both sides.
- Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce.
