Sprout Idli (150 cal)

Ingredients

  • Bean sprouts – 1 tbsp
  • Dosa Batter – (3/4 cup)
  • Green chili
  • Ginger
  • Red chilli pd
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • 1 cup chopped veges (3 colour bell pepper, 1 spring onion, cabbage)

Method

  1. Steam beans.
  2. Drain extra water.
  3. Chop green chillies and ginger.
  4. Take dosa batter in a bowl, add green chilies, ginger, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and sprouts and grind into a fine paste.
  5. Steam in idli stand for 15-20 min.
  6. chop idlis and add sauted vegs with sauces as per your taste.
