Ingredients
- Bean sprouts – 1 tbsp
- Dosa Batter – (3/4 cup)
- Green chili
- Ginger
- Red chilli pd
- Salt as per taste
- Oil – ½ tsp
- 1 cup chopped veges (3 colour bell pepper, 1 spring onion, cabbage)
Method
- Steam beans.
- Drain extra water.
- Chop green chillies and ginger.
- Take dosa batter in a bowl, add green chilies, ginger, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and sprouts and grind into a fine paste.
- Steam in idli stand for 15-20 min.
- chop idlis and add sauted vegs with sauces as per your taste.
