Spouts Jowar Bhel


Tender Jowar- 30g
Sprouts – ¼ cup
Roasted Peanuts- 1tsp
Roasted Chana- 2 tsp
Tomatoes (finely chopped)- 3 tsp
Onions (finely chopped)- 3 tsp
Cucumber (finely chopped)- 3 tsp
Mint coriander chutney- as per taste
Tamarind chutney- as per taste
Coriander- 1 tbsp (chopped)
Lemon juice- a few drops
Salt/ Chat masala- as per taste 


Step 1 Dry roast the jowar in minimal oil.

Step 2 In a separate bowl, add the finely chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumber, sprouts, roasted peanuts, chana, some Mint coriander chutney and Tamarind paste.

Step 3 Add in the hot and crisp roasted jowar and mix gently. Finally, add in salt or chat masala and a few drops of lemon juice then toss one last time, and serve immediately.
