INGREDIENTS
• Tender Jowar- 30g
• Sprouts – ¼ cup
• Roasted Peanuts- 1tsp
• Roasted Chana- 2 tsp
• Tomatoes (finely chopped)- 3 tsp
• Onions (finely chopped)- 3 tsp
• Cucumber (finely chopped)- 3 tsp
• Mint coriander chutney- as per taste
• Tamarind chutney- as per taste
• Coriander- 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Lemon juice- a few drops
• Salt/ Chat masala- as per taste
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 Dry roast the jowar in minimal oil.
Step 2 In a separate bowl, add the finely chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumber, sprouts, roasted peanuts, chana, some Mint coriander chutney and Tamarind paste.
Step 3 Add in the hot and crisp roasted jowar and mix gently. Finally, add in salt or chat masala and a few drops of lemon juice then toss one last time, and serve immediately.
