Ingredients
- ¾ cup cabbage (shredded)
- ½ cup French beans (sliced diagonally)
- 1 large spring onion (sliced)
- ¼ cup bean sprouts
- 2 Kashmiri chillies
- 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp hot and sweet sauce
- Wheat flour ¼ cup (for rotis)
Method
- Cook the carrots and French beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the Kashmiri chillies, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
- Add the onions, cabbage and bean sprouts and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Add the boiled carrots, French beans, vinegar, soya sauce and salt. Allow it to cook for few more minutes.
- Fill the mixture in chapattis and make it in rolls.
- Serve with chutney or sauce.
