Spicy Roll (Makes 2 Rolls)

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup cabbage (shredded)
  • ½ cup French beans (sliced diagonally)
  • 1 large spring onion (sliced)
  • ¼ cup bean sprouts
  • 2 Kashmiri chillies
  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp hot and sweet sauce
  • Wheat flour  ¼ cup (for rotis)

Method

  1. Cook the carrots and French beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the Kashmiri chillies, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
  3. Add the onions, cabbage and bean sprouts and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the boiled carrots, French beans, vinegar, soya sauce and salt. Allow it to cook for few more minutes.
  5. Fill the mixture in chapattis and make it in rolls.
  6. Serve with chutney or sauce.
