Soya Peshawari Kebabs

Ingredients

  • Soya granules ¼ cup
  • Cabbage ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste sauté
  • Capsicum ½ k (red & yellow),
  • Red chilli pdr,
  • Garam masala,
  • Chana masala to tasteWheat flr 1 tbsp.

Method
Soak soya granules in hot water for 15 mins. Strain & squeeze out the water. In a non stick kadai, add cabbage and cook on a low flame till soft. Put ginger- garlic paste & stir. Add nuggets and stir continuously for 2-3 mins. Cook on a medium flame till dry. Remove from fire, cool & then grind coarsely in a mixer. Add capsicum, salt, red chili pdr, garam masala to the nugget mixture. Mix wheat flr and chana masala and mix it in the nugget mixture properly. Make 6 equal balls out of this mixture. Take a ball & flatten slightly. Keep them in fridge for ½ hour to set well. Cook on medium heat on a greased non-stick pan till light brown on both sides.
