Ingredients
- 7 French beans
- 2-3 baby corn
- ½ cup broccoli
- 1 ½ cup bell peppers (yellow, green, red) (All these above vegetables should be cut in to long strips & semi boiled)
- 2 to 3 cabbage whole leaves
- Boiled corn & peas 1 tbsp each
- Spinach cooked -½cup
- ½ cup Rice cooked
For sauce:
- ½ tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic & ginger paste
- ¼ black pepper pd
- ¼ tsp sesame
- ½ tsp corn flour
- 1 cup water
- ½ tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketch up
- Salt to taste
Method
For sauce:
- Sauté ginger garlic paste in oil and add ½ cup of water.
- Add black pepper pd, sesame and sauces.
- Then add salt & boil.
- Mix corn flour in 1/8 cup cold water add to boiling sauce.
- Mix well, keep it aside.
- Boil water add French beans, baby corn, broccoli.
- Cook for 2 to 3 min.
- Drain.
- Heat sizzler plate.
- Put cabbage leaves, allow to burn for a minute.
- Keep all the vegetable on the sides and in middle put rice.
- Pour sauce and serve it.
