Sizzler

Ingredients

  • 7 French beans
  • 2-3 baby corn
  • ½ cup broccoli
  • 1 ½ cup bell peppers (yellow, green, red) (All these above vegetables should be cut in to long strips & semi boiled)
  • 2 to 3 cabbage whole leaves
  • Boiled corn & peas 1 tbsp each
  • Spinach  cooked -½cup
  • ½ cup Rice cooked

For sauce:

  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic & ginger paste
  • ¼ black pepper pd
  • ¼ tsp sesame
  • ½ tsp corn flour
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketch up
  • Salt to taste

Method
For sauce:

  1. Sauté ginger garlic paste in oil and add ½ cup of water.
  2. Add black pepper pd, sesame and sauces.
  3. Then add salt & boil.
  4. Mix corn flour in 1/8 cup cold water add to boiling sauce.
  5. Mix well, keep it aside.
  6. Boil water add French beans,  baby corn, broccoli.
  7. Cook for 2 to 3 min.
  8. Drain.
  9. Heat sizzler plate.
  10. Put cabbage leaves, allow to burn for a minute.
  11. Keep all the vegetable on the sides and in middle put rice.
  12. Pour sauce and serve it.
