Singapore Quinoa Noodles

Ingredients

  • Quinoa OR wheat noodles(raw) – 1/3k
  • Sprouted moong – 1/4k
  • Chopped spring onion(whole) – 5
  • French beans julienne -1/4k
  • Red or green cabbage shredded – 1/2k
  • Capsicum (red, yellow, green) – 1/3k
  • Baby corn-1
  • Chopped garlic-1 or 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce – 1 tsp
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Lemon/vinegar – ½ tsp
  • Salt – as per taste

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok & saute the spring onion whites & garlic.
  2. Add sprouts, all the veges, salt and saute for some-time till the vegetables are semi cooked.
  3. Add seasonings, sprinkle some water if required.
  4. Cook them well.
  5. Add boiled noodles mixed with the other ingredients and toss well over a high flame.
  6. Serve immediately & enjoy.
