Ingredients
- Quinoa OR wheat noodles(raw) – 1/3k
- Sprouted moong – 1/4k
- Chopped spring onion(whole) – 5
- French beans julienne -1/4k
- Red or green cabbage shredded – 1/2k
- Capsicum (red, yellow, green) – 1/3k
- Baby corn-1
- Chopped garlic-1 or 2 cloves
- Soy sauce – 1 tsp
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Lemon/vinegar – ½ tsp
- Salt – as per taste
Method
- Heat the oil in a wok & saute the spring onion whites & garlic.
- Add sprouts, all the veges, salt and saute for some-time till the vegetables are semi cooked.
- Add seasonings, sprinkle some water if required.
- Cook them well.
- Add boiled noodles mixed with the other ingredients and toss well over a high flame.
- Serve immediately & enjoy.
