Ingredients
- Mustard seeds ½ tsp
- Methi
- Clove 1
- Tuj 1
- 1 black pepper
- Pinch of hing
- 1 tsp chana flour
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tbsp raw chana dal
- Curry leaves
- Kokam or imli
- Coriander
- Jiggery (optional)
- Veggies (broccoli, tendli, French beans, cauliflower)
Method
- Heat ¼ tsp of oil.
- Put mustard seeds, clove, methi, black pepper, tuj in it.
- Add pich of hing & veggies then add chana dal.
- Then pour ½ cup of water to cook veggies and chana dal.
- Add tomato puree (mix besan in some quantity of tomato puree) and let it boil.
- Garnish with coriander.
