Ingredients
- Carrot – ½
- 3 coloured
- Capsicum 1 cup
- Brocolli – 100 gms
- Salt & pepper – To taste
- Baby corn – 2 – 3 pcs
- French beans – 50 gms
- Spring onion – 1-2 with green stem 1/3 k
- Hot & sweet ketchup – 2 tbsp
Method
- Boil all vegetables except capsicum & onion.
- Chop into medium size.
- Slice the onion & cut capsicum into strips.
- Heat ghee & fry onion till golden brown.
- Add capsicum & fry for few mins.
- Mix all the vegetables, salt, ketchup & pepper & turn off the flame.
