Saute Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Carrot – ½
  • 3 coloured
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Brocolli – 100 gms
  • Salt & pepper – To taste
  • Baby corn – 2 – 3 pcs
  • French beans – 50 gms
  • Spring onion – 1-2 with green stem 1/3 k
  • Hot & sweet ketchup – 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Boil all vegetables except capsicum & onion.
  2. Chop into medium size.
  3. Slice the onion & cut capsicum into strips.
  4. Heat ghee & fry onion till golden brown.
  5. Add capsicum & fry for few mins.
  6. Mix all the vegetables, salt, ketchup & pepper & turn off the flame.
