Sattu Ka Paratha

Ingredients

  • Sattu atta + wheat flour-1/4k
  • Ajwain & Kalonji- ½ tsp
  • Garlic-Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
  • Green chilli-1 tsp
  • Haldi – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder- ¼ tsp
  • Spring Onion chopped-1/4k
  • Grated cabbage- 1/4k
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves-1 tbsp
  • Salt – as per taste

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make dough using water, roll them (Sprinkle flour over the rolling board to avoid sticking of dough).
  2. Heat tawa and cook the paratha from both sides using little oil on slow flame.
  3. Serve hot.
