Ingredients
- Sattu atta + wheat flour-1/4k
- Ajwain & Kalonji- ½ tsp
- Garlic-Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
- Green chilli-1 tsp
- Haldi – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder- ¼ tsp
- Spring Onion chopped-1/4k
- Grated cabbage- 1/4k
- Finely chopped Coriander leaves-1 tbsp
- Salt – as per taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients and make dough using water, roll them (Sprinkle flour over the rolling board to avoid sticking of dough).
- Heat tawa and cook the paratha from both sides using little oil on slow flame.
- Serve hot.
