Ingredients
- Tomato-1,
- red bell pepper chopped-1/4cup,
- french beans chopped-1/4 cup,
- carrot chopped-1 tbsp,
- zucchini chopped – 1tbsp,
- cauliflower-1tbsp,
- dudhi- ½ cup chopped,
- celery-1 tbsp chopped,
- garlic cloves-1-2,
- Oil-1/4 tsp,
- mixed herbs,
- chilli flakes,
- pepper powder and salt-as per taste.
Method
- In a baking tray, add all the chopped vegetables,
drizzle oil, season with herbs &chilli flakes. - Bake for 15-20 mins at 200’c.
- Blend the veggies using 1- 1/2 cups of water to a purée. And serve hot.
