Rice Apple Kheer

Ingredients

  • Cooked brown rice-1/3 k
  • Milk + water -1L
  • Apple – ½ (pealed & grated)
  • Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
  • Stevia- as per taste (optional)

Method

  1. In a pan, add milk and water to cooked rice.
  2. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes stirring occasionally until creamy, add cinnamon and apple to rice and then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve hot or chilled.
