Urad Dal Dhokla

Ingredients

  • Urad dal (raw) – ¼ cup
  • Sesame seeds  – 1 tsp
  • Ginger chili paste – ½ tsp
  • Hing – a pinch
  • Salt – to taste
  • Coriander for garnishing

Method

  1. Soak urad dal in water for 4-5 hours.
  2. Soak urad dal for 3 hours.
  3. Grind the urad dal and make it into a batter.
  4. Allow it to ferment for 7-8 hours.
  5. Add ginger chili paste and salt to it.
  6. Prepare Dhoklas.
