Ingredients
- Urad dal (raw) – ¼ cup
- Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
- Ginger chili paste – ½ tsp
- Hing – a pinch
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander for garnishing
Method
- Soak urad dal in water for 4-5 hours.
- Soak urad dal for 3 hours.
- Grind the urad dal and make it into a batter.
- Allow it to ferment for 7-8 hours.
- Add ginger chili paste and salt to it.
- Prepare Dhoklas.
