INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup cooked (white Chickpeas) kabuli Chana
- 1/4 Cup soya chunks (Nuggets)
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Corriander cumin seeds powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 Cup finely choppped (Onion, Tomatoes, Capsicum and french Beans)
METHOD
- Soak the soya Nuggets in warm water for 10 min, drain well.
- Combine the kabuli Chana, Soya nuggets, Turmeric powder with water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Heat the Oil in a kadhai add Cumin seeds, when the seeds crackle add ginger garlic paste, Onion, Tomatoes and salt for 1-2 min.
- Add Chilli powder, Coriander-cumin seeds powder, garam masala and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked kabuli Chana and Soya mixture and cook for another 2 min stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with garnished Corriander.
