Protein Balls Recipe

Rich in protein, good fat

INGREDIENTS

Dessicated coconut – 1/2 cup

peanut butter – 2 Tbsp

Neev Protein powder – 2 Tbsp

Coco powder 1 Tbsp

Honey – 2 Tbsp

Method- for Peanut butter.

Unsalted shelled Roasted Peanuts – 2 cups Grind the peanut in the jar. Scrape the sides of the Jar with a Spatula. Grind again. Repeat 2 to 3 times until shiny & Smooth. Can add a pinch of salt. Mix properly.

For Protein Balls

1. Combine all ingredients in a large plate & mix very well.

  1. Divide the mixture into 5-6 equal portions & roll each portion into a round Ball. “Roll them in the desiccated coconut till they are evenly catered from all sides.

3. Refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes.

4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
