Ingredients
- Tur dal – ½ of ¼ k
- Rasam powder
- Haldi pdr (as per taste)
- Hing – A pinch
- Tamrind pulp or lemon – To taste
- Corriander leaves – ¼ cup (chopped)
- Red chilli
- Tomato – 1
- Ghee – ½ tsp
Method
- Soak dal for ½ hour, pressure cook for 10 mins, mash, add tamarind pulp water & boil for 10 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes, rasam powder, haldi powder & boil.
- Heat ghee, add green chili, hing, curry leaves and pour over rasam.
- Add chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
Stuffing:
- Mix cooked rajma & all vegetables.
- Sauté for few mins.
- Add all ingredients to prepare stuffing.
- When you want to serve, spread stuffing on one tortilla.
- Put another tortilla on top and press well so that they stick.
- Cook on a tava (griddle) spreading a little oil on both sides.
- Cook until crisp.
