Ingredients
- Rajma – 1 tbsp
- Spring Onion (Finely chopped) – 1/2 k
- Capsicum (Finely chopped) – 1/2 tsp
- Tomato (pureed) – 2
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Ginger, garlic, chili paste
- Garam masala, Red chilli powder, Dhania jeera powder, Haldi
- Salt to taste
Method
For Rajma:
- Soak rajma for 5-6 hrs. Pressure cook till soft
- Heat oil.
- Sauté onion till cook.
- Add ginger garlic paste and capsicum. Sauté for 1 min.
- Add tomato gravy, garam masala & salt.
- Add cooked rajma. Cook for 5-7 min.
For Rice:
- Brown rice – ¼ k (30 gm)
- Wash & soak rice.
- Cook till soft.
