Rajma Rice

Ingredients

  • Rajma  – 1 tbsp
  • Spring Onion (Finely chopped) – 1/2 k
  • Capsicum (Finely chopped) – 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato (pureed) –  2
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Ginger, garlic, chili paste
  • Garam masala, Red chilli powder, Dhania jeera powder, Haldi
  • Salt to taste

Method
For Rajma:

  1. Soak rajma for 5-6 hrs. Pressure cook till soft
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Sauté onion till cook.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and capsicum. Sauté for 1 min.
  5. Add tomato gravy, garam masala & salt.
  6. Add cooked rajma. Cook for 5-7 min.

For Rice:

  1. Brown rice – ¼ k (30 gm)
  2. Wash & soak rice.
  3. Cook till soft.
