Rajgira Thalipeeth

Ingredients

  • Rajgira flour – ¼ kg
  • Til seeds – 1 tsp
  • Rock salt (Sendha Namak) to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves OR palak – ½ kg
  • Green chili finely cut  – 1/4 Tsp
  • Oil- ½ tsp

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients along with little water in a bowl and mix well to make a stiff dough.
  2. Make 4 equal parts and roll each part with the help of plastic, make some holes. Cook on non-stick.
  3. Till they turn golden brown in color on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with fresh curd or green chutney.
