Ingredients
For the paratha canapes:
- Rajgira flour – ¼ k
- Ajwain-a pinch
- Chopped coriander leaves-1tbsp
- Salt- as per taste
For the filling:
- Boiled corn-1/4k, paneer cubes(small)-1/4k
- Green, yellow & red capsicums (finely chopped)- ½ K
- Chilli flakes-1 tsp
- Pizza masala/oregano-1 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves / basil leaves-1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup-1-2 tsp
- Olive Oil – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
Method
For canapés:
- Mix all the ingredients & knead into a soft dough.
- Divide into 4 portions and Roll out each thinly into a circle of 1″ diameter.
- Cook each paratha canape on both sides using a non-stick pan until brown spots appear on the surface.
- Keep aside.
For the filling:
- Heat oil, saute the capsicums, add boiled corn, paneer and rest of the ingredients, mix & cook for 2 min.
- Add the coriander, mix well & keep aside.
Put it together:
- Arrange the paratha canapes in a greased muffin tray, top each one with a spoonful of filling.
- Top with a dollop of ketchup & coriander leaves.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10 mins at 200 degree celcius.
