Rajgira Paratha Canapes for kids

For the paratha canapes:

  • Rajgira flour – ¼ k
  • Ajwain-a pinch
  • Chopped coriander leaves-1tbsp
  • Salt- as per taste

For the filling:

  • Boiled corn-1/4k, paneer cubes(small)-1/4k
  • Green, yellow & red capsicums (finely chopped)- ½ K
  • Chilli flakes-1 tsp
  • Pizza masala/oregano-1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves / basil leaves-1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup-1-2 tsp
  • Olive Oil – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste

For canapés:

  1. Mix all the ingredients & knead into a soft dough.
  2. Divide into 4 portions and Roll out each thinly into a circle of 1″ diameter.
  3. Cook each paratha canape on both sides using a non-stick pan until brown spots appear on the surface.
  4. Keep aside.

For the filling:

  1. Heat oil, saute the capsicums, add boiled corn, paneer and rest of the ingredients, mix & cook for 2 min.
  2. Add the coriander, mix well & keep aside.

Put it together:

  1. Arrange the paratha canapes in a greased muffin tray, top each one with a spoonful of filling.
  2. Top with a dollop of ketchup & coriander leaves.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 mins at 200 degree celcius.
