Ingredients
- Wholewheat / Multigrain bread slices – 2
- Finely chopped (onion,carrot ,Yellow and red bell pepper) – 1K
- Olives-3 chopped
- Hummus – ½ tbsp
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Mixed Herbs
- Green Mint Chutney-As per required
- Salt – to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Toast one side of the bread slices.
- Apply green chutney & spread the mixture evenly on the toasted side.
- Sprinkle seasoning over it.
- Toast the other side by covering it.
- Cut in to wedges.
- Serve with green chutney.
