Ingredients
- Uncooked quinoa-1 tbsp
- Hung curd/ greek yogurt- 1/2k
- Mixed fruit (apple, strawberry, mango, pomegranate)-1k
- Honey- for drizzle
- Cinnamon pdr-1/2 tsp
Method
- In a small glass, make layers of yogurt, then quinoa, again yogurt.
- Make a pulp of apple, mango, pomegranate and strawberry.
- Chop aside some strawberry pieces for garnishing.
- Garnish with a drizzle of honey, cinnamon powder& strawberry.
- Refrigerate and enjoy cold/chilled.
