Quesidilla

Ingredients

  • For the tortillas makes 2 chappati
  • ¼ cup makai flour + Wheat flour Pinch caromseed
  • Salt stuffing : 1 tbsp raw rajma
  • 1 cup mix veges finely chopped (capsicum ( red, yellow, green)
  • Zucchini
  • Baby corn
  • Parsley
  • Tomatoes without the pulp
  • Olive
  • Jalapeno
  • Green chilli
  • Salt
  • Chili flakes
  • Jeerapd
  • Lemon juice to taste

Method

  1. Mix the flours, ajwain and salt and make a dough by adding warm water, make 2 roti.
  2. Cook lightly on a tava.

Stuffing:

  1. Mix cooked rajma & all vegetables.
  2. Sauté for few mins.
  3. Add all ingredients to prepare stuffing.
  4. When you want to serve, spread  stuffing on one tortilla.
  5. Put another tortilla on top and press well so that they stick.
  6. Cook on a tava (griddle) spreading a little oil on both sides.
  7. Cook until crisp.
