Pumpkin Raita

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin grated ¾ k
  • Curd ½ k
  • Pomegranate 1 tbsp
  • Coriander
  • Jeera powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste

Method

  1. 1. Roast grated pumpkin for 5-10 mins. 2. Whish the yogurt in a large mixing bowl. 3. Add pumpkin & pomogranate. 4. Mix Well 5. Add jeera powder, chaat masala, green chilli and salt. And mix again. 6. Garnish with coriander. .
